How do I make the reservation?
You can make a booking by: Filling out the reservation form, contacting us by skype call, contacting us by telephone or contacting us via email. Bookings are made by car category and not by car model.
What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellation fees at all. You can cancel or change your reservation ( 15 ) fifteen days before. At least 15 days before the pickup date by e-mail or telephone with no charge.
Can I prolong the duration of the car hire?
Yes, we can arrange for that, as long as you inform us in sufficient time, especially during high season.
Is international driving license necessary?
All renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License, issued at least two years prior to the rental. Photocopies are not accepted.
Is there an age limit for a driver to hire a car?
The renter must be minimum 23 years old for car groups A, B and 25 years old for all other groups 27 years old for mini-van. A driving license to be valid the renter must have it at least two years.
Is additional driver permitted?
Yes, an additional driver can be added free of charge. The only requirements are that any additional driver must fulfill the terms and conditions of hire and that they must be declared before the hire period begins so as to be covered by the insurance.
Are child car seats available?
Child car seat, for all ages, is available free of charge. All you need to do is claim it upon booking.
Are cars with automatic gearbox available?
Yes, our fleet includes cars, with an automatic gearbox. We can also provide you with other automatic cars of your choice just contact us.
Availability
Hello Corfu car models are according to original planning. Hello Corfu cars in categories can be changed with cars from the same or bigger category. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
What are the options for insurance coverage?
Your rental quote provides you with everything you need to put your keys in the car and go. Hello Corfu cars prices include the following insurance:
-Theft Protection
-Third Party Liability insurance.
– Fire insurance. ( in case of Fire you must contact the police and report the incident immediately).
-Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
If I choose the Collision Damage
Waiver (CDW), does it cover me for all damage that may arise?
No, there are certain types of damage that are not covered: damage to the underside of the vehicle, the wheels and/or the tires. Additionally, damage caused by the following activities is not covered: driving on rough terrain, towing of another vehicle, transport of explosives, racing, etc.
You can also choose to add Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW). NO EXCESSAny Insurance is not valid when:
a) Not covered by any insurance collision damage caused by alcohol or drug or abuse as well as traffic law violations.
b) The car is driven illegally by somebody else.Taxes are included ?
Ιn the final total price (VAT 23%).
Lost Hello Corfu cars keys.
The keys of all the vehicles of Hello Corfu Car Rentals are immobilizer. For each vehicle key, there is only one spare. In case the render loses his key, he must immediately notify Hello Corfu Car Rental in order to receive a spare key, without trying in any way to start the vehicle. The render is charged with the cost of making a new key. Hello Corfu Car Rental is obligated to deliver to the render the relative receipt from the vehicle manufacturer’s agent.

The render must notify Hello Corfu Rent a Car in order either to send a locksmith to open the vehicle or to send a spare key. The render is charged with the cost of the visit of the locksmith or the dispatch of the spare key.
